Our standard assessment and service fee is $99 plus parts if required. This includes full diagnostics, cleaning, descaling, and performance testing.

How long does the coffee machine repair take?

Most repairs are completed within 3–5 business days, depending on parts availability. If specialty parts are required, we’ll advise you of the ETA upfront.

Do you repair all coffee machine brands?

Yes, we specialise in Breville, Nespresso, and De’Longhi, but we also service most other household coffee machines.

Do you offer pickup or postage options?

Absolutely — we can provide prepaid courier labels for postage, or arrange Sydney-wide pickup for convenience.
